Requirements

Configure ePrice – To configure ePrice on Poleepo you must be an ePrice supplier.

How to become an ePrice supplier

Write an email to [email protected] indicating the following information:

  • Business name

  • Product category

  • Brand produced/marketed

  • Commercial manager

  • Reference market

  • Telephone number

You will be contacted shortly to validate the information received and, as soon as it is verified, you will be assigned a contact person who will guide you step by step in configuring the Marketplace.

You will be asked to sign a contract by entering the following data:

  • Society

  • VAT number

  • Chamber of Commerce certificate updated for a maximum of 6 months

  • Register at the Chamber of Commerce with REA

  • Administrator documents (tax code and photocopy of identity card)

  • Documents of all partners with more than 25% of the company shares

  • Bank account in the name of the company

Configure ePrice on Poleepo

Reach the ePrice configuration from the path: Menu > Configuration > Sales channels and click on the “ePrice” box

You will need to enter a code provided by ePrice(1) in the "API Token" field.

(1)Where can I find the token API? : You will find the token for at this address https://marketplace.eprice.it/shop/user/api (You must have the username and password that are provided to you when your seller account has been activated).

Enter the time taken to prepare the package to be shipped in the “Maximum days for shipping” field. This information will be sent in publications on ePrice.

Enable the "Enabled" switch at the top right to enable the configuration.

Enable the order download configuration

Click on the "Enable Order Download " and/or " Accept Orders Automatically " switch to allow Poleepo to download your orders from ePrice to manage them

Save the configuration

Click on the "Save" button at the bottom right to save the ePrice configuration and start publishing your products.
