In this guide, we'll see how to integrate ePrice with Poleepo to centralize catalog, inventory, and order management from a single platform, reducing manual tasks, improving operational control, and supporting more efficient and scalable multi-channel management.


Requirements

Configure ePrice – To configure ePrice on Poleepo you must be an ePrice supplier.

How to become an ePrice supplier

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Company name

  • Product category

  • Brand produced / marketed

  • Sales Manager

  • Target market

  • Telephone number

You'll be contacted shortly to validate the information received, and once it's verified, you'll be assigned a contact person who will guide you step-by-step through setting up the Marketplace.

You will be asked to sign a contract by entering the following data:

  • Society

  • VAT number

  • Chamber of Commerce certificate updated for a maximum of 6 months

  • Registered at the Chamber of Commerce with REA

  • Administrator's documents (tax code and photocopy of identity card)

  • Documents of all members with more than 25% of the company shares

  • Bank account in the name of the company

Configure ePrice on Poleepo

Access the ePrice configuration from the path: Menu > Configuration > Sales Channels and click on the “ePrice” box

  • You will need to enter a code provided by ePrice in the “API Token” field

Where can I find the API token? : You will find the token at this address https://marketplace.eprice.it/shop/user/api (You must have the username and password provided to you when your seller account is activated).

  • Enter the time it takes to prepare your package for shipping in the "Maximum shipping days" field . This information will be posted on ePrice.

  • Fill in the "Default Logistics Class" field, choosing from the available options.

  • Click on " verify configuration ".

Save and enable the configuration

You can now save and enable your ePrice configuration by clicking "save" and enabling the flag in the top right.

Enable product synchronization

By enabling or disabling this option, updates on ePrice products or offers will be sent or not sent.

Enable order download configuration

Click on the “Enable Order Download ” switch to allow Poleepo to download your orders from ePrice so you can manage them.

By enabling the "automatically accept orders" flag, if a downloaded order is in the "pending" status on ePrice, it will be automatically accepted by Poleepo, after synchronizing the order's inventory.
