Order Tags

Creating, editing, deleting a tag

In this section you can create/edit/delete tags on orders.

To perform actions on product tags, read this article instead .

Follow the path menu > orders > tags.

Using the search bar at the top, you can search for specific tags on orders.

In this section you can view the list of tags created on orders and perform certain actions on them:

  • You can create a new tag using the +create button at the top right.

    A tab will open where you will have to enter the name of the tag and click "save" to save the tag you just created.

  • You can also edit a tag (by clicking on the pencil icon) or delete it by clicking on the trash can icon.

NB You cannot delete a tag already associated with an entity.

To display a tag on the order, the order must have a status of "payment accepted"

Order details

You can create or view a tag associated with the order, even in the order details, under the notes and tags section:

Tags can also be assigned or removed from orders via bulk operations.

Simply select the orders you want to assign/remove tags to, click on the bulk operations button, choose the assign or remove tag option, type the tag you want to assign or remove and click " start operation ": this will assign or remove the selected tag from the orders you have selected.
