Access to the ChatGPT channel is not automatic for all sellers : activation occurs upon request or upon enabling, in order to ensure that only those who have correctly configured feeds, attributes and endpoints can be queried by the model.

Configure GPT Chat
To set up Chat GPT on Poleepo, follow the menu path > sales channels and select Chat GPT under the "AI agents" heading.
You will then need to enter the mandatory information requested in the configuration:
Seller Name
Seller URL (the URL of your site where Chat GPT will search for products to recommend to your customers)
Return Policy URL
Choose one of the CSV separators from the list (tab - vertical line - comma - period - semicolon - space)
The separator choice will be used by Poleepo to generate the CSV and the separator choice will have to be communicated to Chat GPT in the feed backend area.
It then indicates the minimum quantity required for a product to be included in the feed. The product is always included in the feed; the difference is that when its stock is equal to or less than the number entered there, it is entered as out of stock.
Indicate the shipping times (the number of days it usually takes you to ship the goods in your warehouse)
When the product is published, we will use these values if no delivery times have been defined for the individual product publication. If no delivery times are specified, the values set by the supplier, if applicable, or the store will be used.
Indicates maximum days for order preparation;
Indicate Return Period (mandatory data) by indicating the number of days the user has to return the product.
Feed creation
Indicates the channel from which data for the GPT Chat feed will be taken.
Then click on " create configuration ".
The generated URL will be used by Chat GPT to communicate with Poleepo, so Chat GPT will know which URL to retrieve the CSV from.
Save and enable the configuration
Save and then enable the configuration by activating the flag in the top right.
Enable product sync
By enabling or disabling this option, updates about Chat GPT products or offers will be sent or not sent.
