Creating and updating publication products for Douglas

  1. Import publications

To create a Douglas product creation configuration, proceed from Catalogs > Publications and click on +New Configuration.

Upload the file containing the products and their information, taking care to select the correct text separator and delimiter (if applicable). Then click Analyze .

Select the Douglas sales channel and Import Publications .

Leaving both switches disabled will only create publications for products that already exist on Poleepo.

By enabling the “Update an existing publication” switch, if a product's master data and the related Douglas publication already exist on Poleepo, the information will be overwritten and updated with the new data present in the file.

Enabling the “If there is no product to associate the publication with, create it” switch will create the product master data and the related publication on Douglas.

If you do not enable it, the publication will only be created for products that already exist on Poleepo.

Proceed by filtering the search identifiers, searching by products or publications.

Proceed with mapping Douglas identifiers, information, prices, and additional fields and click "Next."

Give your configuration a name and Save .

Then, from the Catalogs>Publications section, under the buttons under Actions, click on the first Play.

Upload the file again, click Preview , and then Run to launch the setup.

2. Update publications

If you intend to update publications, you will need to proceed with a publication update configuration and map only the fields you intend to update.
