Prepare your product
On Conrad, from Poleepo you can create offers for existing products in the Conrad catalog but you cannot create new products.
Premise
In order to link Conrad offers and manage them from Poleepo, you will first need to create the products on the marketplace. The association of offers is done via SKU code that must be the same on both the marketplace and Poleepo.
Publish your products on Conrad
At the bottom of the product page, identify the “Conrad” box and click on the “Publish” button and your product will be available for sale.
The product you want to publish must be present in the Conrad catalog
Check or edit your publication details on Conrad
After publishing the product on Conrad, you can modify some information of the publication differentiating it from the main product information (For example the description of the offer, apply a discount percentage, etc.)
Click on the “Detail” button in the “Conrad” box to edit the information.
What information can I change?
You can change the following information:
Name
Product SKU on Conrad
EAN
MPN
Minimum quantity warning
Shipping time
Logisitic class
Weight in kg
Price of sale excluding taxes
Price of sale taxes included
Additional information about the offer price
Discount percentage and discounted tax price included (if you fill out one of these fields you can also enter start and end dates when discounted prices are entered.)
In general, the logic with which Poleepo sends the discount to the channel is as follows:
If a discount rule is active, the dates indicated by the rule will be sent;
If there is no discount rule on the offer, the one entered manually in the offer form will be sent;
If there is a discount (in the rules or on the specific offer) but the dates are not indicated by either party, they will be sent to each update as a start "Yesterday" and as an end " Today + 30 days "
The start and end dates can be entered both by CSV file (after indicating the percentage of discount and / or the discounted price) in the catalog > publications section and in the general section of the Price Rules.
12. You can disable any pricing rules on this publication, in the Price Rules Tab. If you deactivate this option, we will delete, if any, the price rules from this product and will no longer be applied in the future.
Update the publication
Once you have changed your information, click the “Update” button to immediately make the changes effective on your product on Conrad.
Move the publication
You also have the option to move the existing publication to a new product, dissociating it from the old one. For more details read the dedicated article .
